Customers shall be given the opportunity to choose a time slot, when to pick up their goods. This in turn makes sure that the amount of people who make their errands is limited and gives the Shop owner the possibility to prepare the good for the exchange (if necessary)
The customer chooses the slot before the purchase is made. As soon as the product is purchased, the shop owner is informed automatically about the time slot and purchased goods.
The availability of the time slot needs to be limited to the amount of people who are allowed to show up (depending on store size/ on avg. perhaps 10 people/ tbd.
The time slot should be narrow enough to allow as many customers as possible during a day, but also long enough in order to not stress customers too much about time. (30 mins/ tbd)
