Fix: Adjusted gaps and paddings inside of chat window

Description

• The problem was in huge paddings between attached files and user input message
• I've changed values for paddings and gaps inside of UserInput, ChatContent and ContextFiles components to resolve this issue

How to Test

• Step 1: Open a new chat window
• Step 2: Mention any @file inside of a message textarea
• Step 3: Send one more message using @file directive to see how it behaves in different places.
