F1 unexpected behavior

Reproduce:
select code snippet and run "Add type hints" function
hold f1 and wait for bugs listed below
Bugs:
even though you don't accept completion some parts of change can be "self accepted"
normal behavior of "rainbow" doubles, triples and so on... plugin does many requests simultaneously?
even if plugin shows an error with processing request rainbow continues
