Mobility stopped collecting data and resumed after a few days #2

We had a similar problem before, and it was due to the use of JodaTime (see commit). The same issue occured to Deborah's during the Thanksgivng and didn't resume until 3 days later...

I checked Deborah's phone. The app seems to stop collecting data for a few days in the background and resume when I turned on the app. It does not seem to be a data upload issue because I don;t see any data point even on the phone.
