[x] How to make Pages edit available also for admin and not just for sysadmin?

[x] Pagination broken for themes.
[x] Links for themes in homepage widget and themes page (http://iod-ckan-live.aws.smallmedia.org.uk/fa_IR/theme) redirect to English: #49
[ ] How to have in the datasets list page title and publisher with translations instead of title and description: #47
[ ] Details of IOD Methodology row in additional info table don't get translated.
[ ] Tags and themes not getting translated.
[ ] Search only works for English.

@riccardoerra Can you clarify what you mean by "How to make Pages edit available also for admin and not just for sysadmin"?

@kmbn Don't worry about this. I'm the process of making our custom pages part of the our CKAN theme anyway because CKAN Pages plugin doesn't support locales anyway.

@riccardoerra Can you remove that point from the list or mark it complete? I'd hate for someone else to waste time looking into it.

Pagination broken for themes.

Go into a theme page, scroll to the end of the page, try to change page, page reloads but doesn't go to next/previous page.

Details of IOD Methodology row in additional info table don't get translated.

Go into a datasets, everything in the additional info table is translated apart from the methodology row.

@nimaadib if there are more translations needed other than the themes, are you able to create a file with the English items that need translating so that we can get our IOD team to add the translations too?
