Cannot import ssh-key on Samsung Galaxy i9000 #337

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Imported key is not listed in the key-import-menu.
I think it cannot access sd-card because it is named "sd" on my i9000 and
cannot be renamed
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
> Pick from /sdcard
.jphone.log
.jphone.xml

What version of the product are you using (you can see this by using Menu
-> About in the Host List)? Newest

What type of system are you trying to connect to?
can´t import key

If you are able to connect, what is the output of "echo $TERM", "uname -a",
and any other relevant information on the host?

---

Please provide any additional information below.

Move the key to the Home directory (top folder /sdcard/) not to the /sdcard/sd/

My Samsung i9000 has no problem in finding the keys when left in the top
folder... However, after importing them and unlocking, when connecting to the
server, the authentication process fails... Please let me know if you manage to
connect with authorised keys using the Samsung i9000.

Regards,

You can install a file browser to get some more functionality. I think
ConnectBot will use ASTRO, OI File Manager, and some others.
