fake IP functionality #365

Hey! In PuTTY, we get the functionality to set the source port to a different 
IP. For example, I can set the forewarded port to 10.0.0.1:139 instead of just 
139. This allows me to simply connect to 10.0.0.1 for services like SMB 
servers, and is really convienient.

I'm running connect bot 1.7.0, and trying to set up the samba server through 
Astro.

(overall, connectbot has worked awesomely for me, so I can't complain much!
