SHIFT key does not work with BlueInput bluetooth keyboard driver #379

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install BlueInput Demo.
2.Enable Bluetooth without using the Android OS to pair a keyboard.
3.Use the BlueInput app to pair any bluetooth keyboard.
4.Enable BlueInput under keyboard settings.
5.Press and hold a text input field to select BlueInput as the input method.
6.Open a local session under ConnectBot.
7.Try to type the letter A.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is "A", instead I see "a".

What version of the product are you using (you can see this by using Menu
-> About in the Host List)?
ConnectBot 1.7.1

What type of system are you trying to connect to?
local

If you are able to connect, what is the output of "echo $TERM", "uname -a",
and any other relevant information on the host?
