Draft because there's debugging code that needs to be removed. Just want a CI run.

Ready now. I'll check with Quarkus locally before merging.

Back to draft, testing with Quarkus revealed an issue and I also simplified the code a bit. The top commit will be squashed later.

No more issues with Quarkus, gonna merge now.
