Glassfish example seems to be broken #29

With last merge we have

WELD-001334: Unsatisfied dependencies for type EmbeddingModel with qualifiers %

We must fix it. I decided to merge the code from 19-update-portable-extension because this example was the only one that failed, and to not block other people
