Switch to maintenance mode #164

This implementation of reactive streams operators is now in maintenance mode.

This PR adds some text indicating the new status and where another implementation can be found.

Do you want to archive the repo as well when this is merged?

@kenfinnigan After summer (~ 3 months grace period). We may have to do a release in the meantime.
