UI changes for starred document card #237

Addressing #199

Changes

When the color and dimensions of the home PDF card were changed in #222, #226, and #224, UI changes for the starred PDF card were somehow left out. This PR makes both the cards identical in UI, making all the colors and the sizes dynamic.
