Adding an If condition to check for the internet #269

If there's internet available we will use the OCR created in issue #249 else that screen can be skipped automatically. The output of the OCR can be considered there

you can execute this step by step (grading will be done individually)

  1. first by checking it.
  2. then add the OCR to it
