Major Dependency upgrades and android project migration

Hello this branch fixed :+1: 1) Migrated android dependency 2) Flutter packages were upgraded 3) Camera not working in Android SDK >=30 is fixed

Known bugs :-1: 1) share: ^2.0.4 discontinued package exists and need to be replaced

Others will be debugged soon
