Though I don't have reservations, DialogFlow is something close to my heart as I have a core ML background.

@smaranjitghose sir can we add a WhatsApp plugin chat option on this instead of a chatbot, Because that provides us real-time chat options with the visitor through WhatsApp. Maybe we are also able to train that plugin in a way that if the candidate or the website owner is busy then show predefined messages.

@Vishal-raj-1 what are your thoughts on this feature suggestion?

See the main purpose of the chatbot is to have an AI model to answer queries so that the owner of the website doesn't need to get involved. Like a mini automated call centre for us.

As far as whatsapp is concerned, most people wouldn't prefer strangers pinging them unless they have a specific business account

sir, I manage to add basic chat UI to the website

now, sir I just need to add pop-up functionality and need to train this bot bit so it can answer basic queries.

And sir one more thing I don't use to prefer services like drift and Dialogflow because they provide these services for free but for a limited time period which Is not that efficient, I think. That's why I try to make one.

It might take some time to be implemented but I will try my best.
