User sent to fresh new page upon contact form submission without Backend #1065

Fixes Issue #1057

I added a feature without back end with which user would be sent to a fresh new page on clicking Send button where the message is displayed as "Thank you We received your submission , Return ". Also on clicking to Return button of that fresh new page, user is redirected to home page.

Hey @anushbhatia kindly check this PR and please delete that old one as when I re-cloned it then it deployed on vercel too
