Hamming distance #36

Is there a plan to implement Hamming distance calculation? It is probably trivial compared with other distance metrics, but really helps avoid using another library (so WFA2 all the way) or reinventing the wheel. Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply. This ticket skipped my mind. I could, but computing the Hamming distance is very simple. The question is, would it be really useful for you?

Thanks for your reply! I wouldn't say it's critical, but it's one of features used by our users.
