Give this a try. It does not run tests and we may want to update the README next.

Also we'll need to only install a subset of include files.

Actually vcfwave was 10% faster with 3 cores and WFA_PARALLEL. And slower with 2 and 4 cores ;). Go figure. But I am happy to default to 1 core. It does not make a lot of difference.
