My operating system is Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
The astrochem version to be installed is 0.7 (October 7, 2016).
Astrochem dependencies, if not yet distributed with the above ubuntu version, were installed via apt-get install, e.g., for h5py I used
apt-get install libhdf5-dev

Execution of the test suite (make check) ends with 9 passes and 1 error:
File "h5py/h5f.pyx", line 88, in h5py.h5f.open Flush only the given file IOError: Unable to open file (truncated file: eof = 96, sblock->base_addr = 0, stored_eof = 2144)
The file exists and is readable. Any help is appreciated.
