I think lintian is saying that /usr/bin/demos is not the right location and other problems.

E: infosec-demos: subdir-in-usr-bin usr/bin/demos/ W: infosec-demos: executable-not-elf-or-script usr/share/infosec/panels/demos/panels/passwordcracker.py

A clean

git clone...
make
sudo dpkg -i infosec-demos...
isecdem

now successfully builds, installs and executes isecdem.py (formerly infosec.py) on Ubuntu 13.04.
