Publish this package to Hex #20

Using Hexpub to keep the package up to date when a new version is tagged in the repo.

Please refer to the readme on how to add your Hex username and password to your Travis config. When that is done, we can publish this package.

I published this package to Hex as bcrypt 1.0.0 from this fork.
