Switch to using expId for profile and warmup data #163

This should resolve #157. While this introduces some ambiguity of not necessarily relating data from the same trial, it is still from the correct experiment.

We do have the assumption that the experimental setup itself avoid generating uncomparable data. So, issues should be minimal.
