Add support for user accounts

At this point, things are all open and available to anyone.

Though, it would be good to have user accounts and the ability to mark projects as private.

Ideally, there are other features that would come with this, for instance:

[ ] a new start page, not sure what best to include
[ ] a user page, where the user's projects are shown, similar to the current start page
[ ] a proper login system
