Move from Travis CI to GitHub Actions #55

This is an almost feature-complete switch over.

Though, I am dropping RSqueak from testing. It was marked as failing, and it seems beneficial to keep the test matrix small. For the same reason, Squeak 32bit isn't tested any more, too.
