phylogeny #21

Ben Tenmann, a new honors student, has got Parins-Fukuchi's RevBayes code for phylogeny construction of continuous traits to work. This assumes that the objects evolve by Brownian motion. So, it's a real model-based phylogenetic tree. He tried it on the Mantamados vases. Here, it's misapplied, since the vases were not produced by an evolutionary process --- but rather just made all at once. But, still, it works: and it points the way forward to doing phylogenetics with increased sophistication than just distance-based clustering (e.g., NJ trees)
