If one types “BRAF V600E” one is given three options to choose from. One of them is obviously a dual mutation (V600E+V600M) so can be ignored, but the others are confusing. One appears to be derived from CIViC because it is labeled “CIVIC_VARIANT:14” whereas the other, unclear where it comes from. In this and other similar cases, can those be merged so that the user doesn’t have to choose?
