Mlabs/sam/flakify #78

Cannot merge mlabs/private-sale-staging for now, because the "verify sendings" code works with an old version of Blockfrost client which does not support the new Cardano testnets (Preprod, Preview). So it is impossible to test the feature now that the old Cardano Testnet is dying. We tried to update the Blockfrost dependancy but it is in conflict with cardano-wallet version. Instead of manually updating all the dependancies, the goal is to "flakify" the repo first and then upgrade more easily.
