Demographics App needs to be fixed #229

Nich:

I noticed that the “Demographics App” that we built needs to be slightly fixed. This is the app that is embedded and displays the Patient’s Name inside the Patient Centric View (top-left corner).

I think it was modified so much to show real patient names from our CCDA’s that it’s not working when I tried it against the reference container.
