Some errors occurred during "fresh" setup:

build_index.py has some fileds that are not always present (see code comment)
build_index.sh is deprecated (remove?)
Compilation errors with the @mui/material dependency --> update package.json to latest version.

The changes look super neat, and all the issues regarding yarn dependencies and build scripts work fine now!
