In the attempt detail view it is somehow confusing that it shows the details of an attempt, but the actions that were successfully executed in previous attempts are also displayed. You can see this especially on the "Actions table" column "Attempt".
I suggest to add an additional dropdown for selecting the attempt, and only display the selected attempt by default.
