Added attribute in datamodel PM4, TPC, TSP, Charge and Pressure for KMD #22

Added the following attributes in the AirQualityObserved datamodel:

  1. PM4: Particulate matter 4 micrometers or less in diameter
  2. TPC: Total Particulate Counter (Total concentration of particles suspended in the air.)
  3. TSP: Total Suspended Particles (Concentration of all airborne particles regardless of their size or composition.)
  4. Pressure: Atmospheric pressure (hPa) observed.
  5. Charge: Input charging voltage of the monitoring device.
