CNCA and 3GPP CUPS URLs are not working #19

Hi @amr-mokhtar

3GPP CUPS and CNCA URLs which are working on port number 3010 and 3020 are not working.

Please review steps as described in CNCA guide, this one for on-premises and this one for network edge.
