I can only reproduce this on Safari, and only for the read only user; not on Chrome, Firefox or IE (11). So this is low priority.
@talltom said he may have introduced this but just taking a quick look at commit messages the only table-related one I can see is this one https://github.com/smart-facility/cognicity-rem-web/commit/0115b91831cf7af3fc1445f10ca98035690acc6d but I can't see why it would have introduced it.
