Category legend correction

• Operators said the > and < signs are too confusing for operators to use; BPBD and BNPB require that we use these New Categories:

    / Hati Hati       Blue
  
    / 10 – 70cm    Yellow
  
    / 71 – 150cm   Orange
  
    / 150cm +       Red

The last one should actually read "> 150 cm" (as per ) not "151cm +" and the others should have spaces (as per same image)
