Coarse location information doesn't trigger "enable geolocation message" #21

When spoofing GPS location to Jakarta, but NOT enabling precise geolocation in a tweet, the bot does not reply with the expected "please enable geolocation".

For example, there was no reply to this tweet (but location detected as "Gambir, Jakarta".

Note:- this may be a function of Android client and/or GPS spoof metadata. Further research and testing needed.

Update: seems this successfully works from the Twitter web client when location is manually set. For example, see: https://twitter.com/petajkt/status/715856680924282880

I shall ask that this is tested from Android client in the field, to double check.
