If we're going to include this as a submodule of https://github.com/smart-facility/cognicity-reports then we should:

Open a 2.0.x branch & milestone
Make sure it has an index.js and config and coding changes to make it work as a submodule
Note also https://github.com/smart-facility/cognicity-reports/issues/6
