qlue API #85

I'm wondering, the API that we got from smartcity is only for flood information, right? the pictures are showing about trash that stuck at small canal near to the road. but there is no flood just yet. if qlue put too much information (not just that flooding or not), the map will be messy during the peak monsoon season.

Thanks @mahardika, this is a good point. I think people select the "banjir" option inside the Qlue app for anything related to water flow in the city. We may need to look at further filtering of these reports during the monsoon season if they are not relevant or there are too many. Let's keep an eye on it.

Hi @mahardika now that there have been some flood events, how is the coverage on Qlue?

@talltom we still see some QLUE updates related to canal cleaning issue during the flood, especially when the flood is not really bad. Here is the example: (03/02/2016 10 am)

Smartcity already has separated the category of flood "bencana banjir" and flood anticipation "pencegahan banjir" as shown on this image below:

although, they still put the canal issues in the flood "bencana banjir" category.
