Export use cases to Word #90

Some users need to share the use cases as Word documents. There should be an option to convert the MD use cases using pandoc, for example.

Hi Markus,

Attached is a script which does the conversion. This worked for the UCs defined in the Platone git. The script edits in the Word files to fix some issues with the MD files (spaces) and to add a Title I think
