Privacy, and Storing Legal Entity Names on the Blockchain? #12

Should we NOT store the names of each legal entity on the blockchain? In this case, the trustee would be the record-keeper and could produce the name if required.

Or, should we store their name encrypted or hashed on the blockchain?
