Add example import kickoff request body #14

This PR adds an example Parameters resource for the kickoff request.

Motivation behind it was that our team was confused on whether to use valueString or valueUrl/valueCode for the parameters, and we found our answer by looking at the code of the reference implementations. Thought it would be beneficial to include an example body in the draft spec.
