This document Chart Reviews in the Cumulus Network is still relevant to our CDCF sites and adopters. The medical “study” use cases are covid-symptoms-study and suicide-icd10-study, and/but this document still should live somewhere. This ticket is to mark the addition of this existing README content into the GitHub repo.
