When we write papers based on chart-review results, we need to report HOW MANY charts were reviewed by two reviewers.
That could be two human reviewers, or human vs ICD10, etc.
NOTE1: This used to be an easy/implicit operation because the NOTE RANGE was specified in CONFIG. However, now NOTE RANGE is no longer present.
NOTE2: Important to exclude note IDs that were specified in CONFIG.
