Consider supporting a non-cumulus-quirks mode #23

A mode that can ignore all the Cumlus quirks (like actually looking for identifiers and such) might be handy if you have a pile of ndjson you want to examine, instead of the ETL output.

Search for CUMULUS-QUIRK in code for all instances.
