Consider adding flexibility to the export list config #149

I happen to be working on a study that generates a fair number of exportable tables via Python.

It would be nice if I could programmatically mark tables for export or have a wildcard in the export_list config (making sure to only include the study's tables, so maybe auto-prefixed with study name).

Not crucial, but a possible improvement.
