QR code FAQ link broken #195

The https://spec.smarthealth.cards/FAQ/qr/ link from https://spec.smarthealth.cards/ is broken. Replacing FAQ/qr/ with FAQ/qr.md in the browser doesn't work, so the file probably needs to be copied by the deployment script.

The (well, my... original...) intention is that FAQs live in GH and aren't published in the spec. So the link to /FAQ/qr should just be a link to "https://github.com/smart-on-fhir/health-cards/blob/main/FAQ/qr.md". I'm happy to update this if you're OK with that fix.

Ha, ok. Well, either we don't include the link, or we link to github.... Since we don't link to the other FAQs, perhaps just removing the link?

@radamson -- your call :-) I think visibility is good; probably want to add visibility for other FAQs too.
