Error on medication App #1

I followed the instructions mentioned in the Readme file, but after selecting a patient, I get this error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

Since it's been a while, I'm closing this issue, but if you're still experiencing the problem, please re-open and provide as much details as possible (including which of the two medication apps has the error).
