Made MedicationRequest search explicitly patient specific #9

The current fhir.js code base does not list MedicationRequest in the list of targets in the patient middleware and consequently the current medications app does not appear to be patient specific.

This is a temporary fix until the client is updated.

Yes, we do and I thank you for that. Unfortunately, I am too busy right now. Perhaps I can merge it next week.
