Goal:

Document and pictures
Software routines for ip1 (test ip1, teach ben to write tests, and make sure we understand where to get important information from firmware)
Clean up the software to use variables wherever possible
Cristian will work on IP1

Can't see scanIn on scope above 20 MHz (division by 0x14).

Ben wrote IP1 routine for configIn to do test 4 (configure fast clock) and write with execute of test 1. We see configIn on the scope.

green = configIn. we sent 16'h1001 at address 0 and 5. We see this on the scope.

green = configIn with the registers 254-255 of ARRAY_0 at 16h'FFFF
yellow = configLoad. it fires at exactly 1.092ms after configIn which is corresponds to the last of the 5188 registers. The gap between green and yellow is from ARRAY_1 which is 5188-4096 (from ARRAY_0) = 1092 @ 1 MHz (1µs/register) = 1092µs = 1.092ms.
