11/07/24 - DNN debug #5 - RTL simulation setup | PnR with SDF simulation setup

Goals:

We observe DNN_out<0> and DNN_out<1> to be '1' in the same time :

• [x] Functional: Run weird TV (MAX values) to the RTL and see if we ever see '3' on the output of the DNN
• [x] Timing: Run gate level netlist with SDF file to see if '3' can happen
• [x] Add the integration level simulation with MUX, output buffers and LOAD

Test11 with SDF on superpixel_v1: observed the DNN taking value 3 at time = 5,168,378.677ns

Running cocotb and observing an average injection to inference time of 5ns.
