start之后我的手机一直弹充电弹窗 #213

start之后我的手机一直弹这个，看起来就和充电线拔掉-插上-拔掉-插上。。。。的效果一样，但是工具页面的性能数据都是没问题的，别的手机倒是没有这个充电弹窗 ，但是右上角的充电图标会一直闪。

每次获取电量和温度会重置它的充电状态，不然它会保持用旧的数据，有些手机会提醒，小问题

类似小米的这种充电提醒就可以在锁屏那边关掉动画。其他手机也是可以的
